Things to do?
I know many of you first timers have this question which raises our eyebrows
high especially if you are going with kids and teens. What exactly its there in
cruise to pass or spend time? How the kids and Teens can be kept busy so we
couples can have time? These are some reasonble questions which you like to be
answered so all can have good time.
May be you found encouraging answers from your cruise friends or over the
internet. There is a lot to onboard on the Cruise as a family or alone. In that
way, every cruise lines try to compete each other to offer unlimited ways to
entertain their travellers to increase their onboard experience. Carnival being
one of the best cruise lines is no exception.
Let me split your personality as Fun Seeker and Casual Cruiser which might help
you a bit on selecting certain activites.

You won't see a big macho type poker tables and just a floor for slot machines
like Las vegas Mega ones but you are sure to have plenty of slots and available
ready to take your money. Don't get me wrong. You all know that many people
just go to Casino for the fun of playing games and lose what they got. So don't
set your mindset to win big millions. Only 1-2% who know how to play the game
takes away all the money we lost.
Actually I heard one lady won $7000 in the slot machine in my cruise. Thats a
lot of money for 25 cents slot but it only happens once in life time of the
machine don't you agree. So take your luck with you and just have fun in the
Casino.
Poker tables, Blackjack tables, Slot machines ranging from 25 cents to a dollar,
Roulette,Dice Rolling and other machine driven games which will sure to
keep you busy everyday if you got time.

Cruise Ship Directors are paid so much to keep us all entertained and never let
us say the word "BORED" when you are in the ship. You can be assured
that you will never be bored when you onboard. There are activites run all day
to entertain every age.
BINGO - It starts out small with $100 prize and goes to $1000 to get you
all hooked up every day. We played it. I even won $150 on a game and gave part
of it to my wife to buy anything she wanted. BINGO is a good time pass.
Entertainment Events- They usually have fun guest participating events
like Newly Wedded, Talent Shows, Water Waters for Teens, Chess competition,
Suddoko Puzzle, Trivia Competitions and so much more. Check out the Daily

Family Activities
Cruise is the great place to have fun time together with your family. You have
pool parties with kids, Cake/Cookie decorating,ICE Cream eating Compeitions,
Family Scavanger Hunt, Family Teddy Bear Workshops and more.

Music and Dancing
I love dancing for music. Many Curise lines have Dance floors which are open
during night till 3am. They also have different style musics like Variety,
Country in open bars. Also carribean played in open decks which you can enjoy
when you taking sun bath.
We went for night dancing one day leaving our toddler in the Camp Carnival. We
had good time alone for an hour or so.
Night Broadway Shows/Standup Comedy - Most cruises spend some good amount of
money to hire experienced and talented broadways artists to bring a great
boardway shows during night times. We say some good shows on board. Also family
and R rated stand-up comedians entertained us late night. Don't forget to check
out those shows. They are real fun.

Eat all you want
Yep!! You gotta all day every day to eat and have fun with all sorts of food
items. You will sure to get tired of all the types of food you can get and eat
at the end of the cruise. They offer everything from American, Mexican,
Italian, Carribean, Indian, Europe etc.,
For some, it is in itself a thing to do for many and keep you busy for atleast
some part of the day.

Taking care of yourself
Cruise vacation is getting away from day-today activites and we don't have time
take care of ourself. Cruise lines took that for their advantage and benefit of
many guest. They have Gym and running tracks to keep Healtholic person to
continue their workout and others to try to shed atleast small portion of what
they eat in Cruise.
They also offer Massages, Spa's to both men and women. Also they have some good
family packages to spend time together while you take a good massage. They also
offer various facial treatments and body treatments which aren't really
expensive. Tip:If you aren't really interest in shore excursions, take
